Matthew draws on over a 23-year real estate career specializing in development and acquisitions. His experience spans over 2.5 million square feet of development and more than $2.5 billion in acquisitions across 100+ transactions.

He is particularly seasoned in retail real estate, a perspective shaped early by his time working in the family lighting and furniture business in high school and college. That tenant/retailer-side experience informs his strategic view of assets and operations today.

Matthew earned his B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington & Lee University, graduating magna cum laude, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is active in ULI and ICSC, and lives in Dallas, TX.
